Needs assessment defines the customer system requirements, what applications are needed, what systems will be modified and the time frame for completion. Dekatron as a consultant, assesses the technology, the application, and in turn makes suggestions and recommendations.

System design and engineering develops a detailed design based on customer application and needs by evaluating multiple straw man solutions - each containing different design approaches and hardware/software solutions. Systems engineering and integration is performed to insure that all components and subsystems function as a single solution and that no interoperability issues are unresolved.

Program management is the ability to manage the turnkey implementation of complex multi-discipline systems. Dekatron is staffed with experienced program managers, supported by contracts, engineering, systems integration, proposal, administrative, and business development professionals experience in teaming and alliance relationships.

System Implementation is completed upon the customer's approval of the system design and after a detailed site survey is conducted. System hardware, software, and telecommunication services are ordered at the direction of the program manager and the technical team installs the system.

Test Acceptance is completed on all components of the systems prior to the customer's acceptance.

Documentation including contracts, pricing manuals, technical manuals, implementation plans, CAD drawing, and other information covering all aspects of the system are provided to the customer.

Training is performed by Dekatron's professional in house staff.

Maintenance is provided by our experienced and highly trained technicians and engineers performing both preventative and on-call maintenance.
