DekaTron's compensation plan is designed to support, develop, and motivate employees through incentives. Coupled with DekaTron’s training program, the total package is specifically designed to develop and sustain employee skills at state-of-the-art levels for information technology and to retain high quality personnel.  DekaTron Corporation has a comprehensive benefit plan, which includes the following:

Benefits Explanation
One Week Sick Time

Benefit will be paid to employee at end of year if not used.  This benefit is accrued on a pay period bases.

Eleven Paid Holidays Ten fixed days and one floater
Severance Pay

At least one but less than five years employment – One week

Five but less than ten years employment – Two weeks

More than ten years – Four weeks

401 k Plan  Matching contributions based on yearly profitability
Annual Membership to SAMS Club or Costco Paid by the Company

Relocation DekaTron offers a complete relocation package, overtime pay for non-exempt, bonus/incentive plans, cost of living adjustments if need to go overseas, and premium pay.
